1. About Mindset Morph

Mindset Morph is a personal performance coaching platform that uses AI-powered coaching, behavioural science assessments, and interactive tools to help you grow professionally and personally. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Mindset Morph.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Subscription and payments

• Mindset Morph is a paid subscription service with a 7-day free trial for new users.
• After your trial, you will be charged the subscription fee shown at sign-up (currently £29/month for founding members).
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page.
• If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@mindsetmorph.com.

4. AI coaching

Important information about your AI coach:

• Your MORPH coach is an AI-powered coaching assistant. It is not a licensed therapist, counsellor, or medical professional.
• Coaching provided is for personal and professional development purposes only.
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
• Your coaching conversations are private and confidential. They are never shared with other users, employers, or third parties.
• Your conversations are not used to train AI models.

5. Your content

• You own all content you create within Mindset Morph (goals, journal entries, coaching conversations, assessment responses).
• You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., generating coaching responses, calculating scores).
• You can delete your content and account at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
• Use automated tools or bots to access the service.
• Share your account credentials with others.

7. Intellectual property

The Mindset Morph platform, including the MORPH framework, assessments, tools, branding, and design, is our intellectual property. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform. It does not grant ownership of any part of the platform itself.

8. Limitation of liability

Mindset Morph is provided "as is". While we strive to provide a high-quality coaching experience, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. We are not liable for decisions you make based on coaching interactions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in subscription fees in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your Settings page. When you delete your account, all your personal data, coaching conversations, assessments, goals, and journal entries are permanently removed. Active subscriptions will be cancelled and you will not be charged further.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
